You have two easy choices in registering with CCMNHotelLive.com Video Conferencing: Either as a Host or as a Guest.
Register as a Host
If you will be hosting the live video conference, you must register as a HOST. This will give you control over the session and invitation system. Once you register, you will be able to send notifications and schedules to your guests.
Those who will attend your video conference will be required to register as GUESTS. This will give them access to your video conference room.
Registration can be done before you arrive at your hotel destination. It is recommended that your GUEST also register before your Live Video Conference.

Register as a Guests
As a guest participating in the Live Video Conference, you will be require to register as a GUEST. Your HOST will provide you with their HOST NAME and video conferencing details.
